Do you hear that silence? That's the offseason: a horrible time when there's very little going on in the sports you're covering. We here at the Big West Confidential have it a little worse: we don't have football. However what we do have is potential conference expansion swirling rumors around until June 30th when the Big West finally makes their decision about Boise State.
