As a college sports fan, it's sometimes burdening to keep track of who our schools are trying to recruit for which sports. Well, worry not: we're here to keep track of all the Big West recruits for you, starting with prospects you can expect to either see in action or red-shirted for the upcoming 2012 men's basketball season. So take a look, figure out your expectations of your team based on the newcomers for this season. And please, if you see that I missed a recruit, tell me. There's nothing more embarrassing than finding out that there's work still to be done. Now remember, this is for the Class of 2012. If you have an eye out for any 2013 recruits, tell me, but they won't go in this particular document.
Now, for the important part: the actual spreadsheet. Click here for access to the list of 2012 recruits. At the bottom of the spreadsheet is where you can access the different schools. See the picture below:
You'll notice one main difference: Hawaii is listed as well as Pacific, but SDSU is not. This is because Hawaii joins in 9 days to the Big West (Welcome!) and Pacific still hasn't left yet (2013, which is when SDSU joins). Some of you may ask, "Why isn't Rivals on there?" Simply because Rivals (nor 247 Sports) doesn't have an area for the Big West schools. So read, analyze, relax and enjoy, as we begin to countdown to the 2012 athletic season.

If the Big West excepts BSU in non-football sports isn't that like being the girl you go see after your date you spent real money and time on.
ReplyDeleteKind of...but don't forget, the Big West holds ALL THE POWER here. If the Big West wants, they could turn down an obscene 4 mil figure to prefer to stay at 10 schools, then where would BSU go?
